Transformation PMO Lead: Governance & Delivery

CRH is seeking a PMO Lead for Project Falcon, a major transformation at Tarmac. You will establish governance standards, processes and controls across multiple workstreams, working with senior stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and decision-making.

You’ll own RAID, decisions and actions, manage governance calendars, and coordinate forums while supporting the Programme Manager and workstream leads in delivering this high-impact initiative. Hybrid role, Mountsorrel, 3 days per week.
