Transitional Adults Social Worker (LD/Autism) | Hybrid

Remedy Social Work is assisting Warrington Borough Council in recruiting an Adults Social Worker for the Preparation for Adulthood team. The role requires experience in a transition setting and understanding of Learning Disabilities, with Autism experience preferred.

Hybrid working is expected, with 2–3 days in the office weekly. Applications are managed through Remedy Social Work; you will engage with their consultants and comply with DBS and safeguarding requirements.
