Transport Operations Lead

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead a busy Portbury depot operation for our Octopus account. You will inspire drivers, optimise routes and maintain high service levels, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage day-to-day transport activities, coach the team, monitor KPIs, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient operations.
