Transport Operator

Transport Operator. Weare recruiting for an experienced Transport Operator to join our client based in the heart of Daventry. Monday-Friday 06:00-15:00 £16.20 p/h Temp to perm. Job duties:

• Schedule and complete all compliance bookings within legal timelines.
• Allocate drivers across our two-man crew network and general haulage operations.
• Monitor and record daily driver KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure task completion and legal driving compliance.
• Support the team in adapting to new contracts and customer requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service through dynamic and flexible logistical support. What you'll need:
