Transport Shift Manager: Lead, Coach & Optimize KPIs

GXO Logistics is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for its Dartford depot, supporting the Sainsbury’s operation. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern from 14:00 to 22:00 across any 5 days in 7. You’ll lead from the front, build a high-performing team and own budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, cost-efficient results.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure health and safety, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep shifts aligned and productive.
