Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience

The Role
As Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-do transport operation, supporting drivers and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing a team of drivers
- Coordinating daily transport operations
- Managing driver schedules and workloads
- Monitoring driver performance and attendance
- Ensuring all transport activities are carried out safely and compliantly
- Dealing with operational issues, delays and breakdowns
