Trauma-Informed Children’s Support Worker — Flexible Shifts

Paragon Social Care is seeking empathetic and resilient individuals to join as a Children’s Support Worker. You’ll provide trauma‑informed care, build trusting relationships, support education and life skills, and advocate for each child’s voice.

A valid UK driving licence and DBS check are required. We offer extensive training, flexible agency-style schedules, a competitive pay rate (£17.50–£24 PAYE; £20–£28 Umbrella), and a pension.
