Trauma-Informed Complex Needs Support Worker

TipTopJob in Greater London seeks a Housing Support Worker to manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed safety plans within a residential setting.

You will conduct risk/needs assessments, respond to referrals, and help residents access benefits and budgeting support while coordinating with multi-agency professionals. This temporary role covers approx. 2 months on a rotating early/late shift pattern.
