Trauma-Informed Deputy Manager, Children’s Home

Salutem Care and Education is looking for a Children’s Deputy Manager in Colchester. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in creating a high-quality environment in line with regulatory standards. You will drive a positive culture while overseeing staff training, compliance, and safety across the home.

The ideal candidate should possess a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and have experience working with children. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working hours.
