Trauma‑Informed Engagement Specialist for Young Women

Women's Aid Federation of England in Birmingham is seeking a Young Women’s Engagement Worker to support and engage young women and their children in refuge and in the community, through group and individual activities.

The role requires 37 hours per week with a 24/7 on‑call rota; salary £31,537. You will work to empower young women using trauma-informed approaches and collaborate with the Refuge Manager and volunteers.
