Trauma-Informed Family Safeguarding Outreach Specialist

Stop Domestic Abuse in Southampton is seeking a Family Safeguarding Worker to join our trauma-informed, multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on a whole-family approach to child protection, aiming to keep children safely at home and ensure victims and survivors receive empowering support.

This fixed-term maternity cover is 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Applicants should be living free from abuse; the post is open to female applicants only as a genuine occupational requirement.
