Trauma-Informed HLTA: PPA Cover & Small-Group Support

St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Christ Church CE Primary School in Walsall. The HLTA will provide PPA cover, short-term illness cover (3 days) and targeted small-group interventions within a trauma-informed, inclusive setting.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the SLT and SENDCos to support high-quality CPD and pupil progress, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all learners.
