Trauma-Informed LSA (Term-Time, View to Permanent)

Randstad Education in Chichester is seeking dedicated learning support assistants for a SEMH school, with a temporary role that could become permanent after a 12-week probation. The position runs term-time, Monday to Thursday and Friday half-day, starting September. Daily rate £89-£100 and a fixed £23,000 per year after probation.

Applicants must have Enhanced DBS, GCSEs in English and Maths, and driving license, plus trauma-informed approach and willingness to provide personal care support.
