Trauma-Informed Outreach Tutor for SEN

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking an Outreach Educator to deliver tutoring to small groups and 1-1 sessions at Woodside Farm, Shifnal, as part of our assessments home for looked-after children. The role supports pupils aged 8–18 within a trauma-informed environment.

You will work with our care team to implement AQA-based education, offering Entry Level, Functional Skills, GCSEs, ASDAN, or Unit Awards, and contribute to turning the curve for each learner.
