Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker (Casual)

North Somerset Council is recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker on a casual basis to join the Family Connections Home in Weston-super-Mare. You'll provide 24/7-style support during short stays, with shifts including nights and weekends, and no fixed rota pattern.

The role focuses on trauma-informed care, family-centred practice, and collaboration with schools, health professionals and social workers to keep children safe and help families stay together.
