Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker (Children's Home)

Hampshire County Council is hiring a Support Worker at Hockley House in Romsey to support young people aged 12-18 with complex needs. You’ll work in a brand-new residential setting, collaborating with health, education and care teams to provide trauma-informed, nurturing support.

You will help children develop confidence, independence and positive outcomes, while contributing to care plans and maintaining records. The role includes some bank holidays and sleep-in duties with enhanced pay.
