Trauma-Informed Residential Support Worker for Youth

360 CRS is hiring a Care Assistant for children’s residential homes across the region. Salary £13.50-£15.00 per hour DOE plus £50 bonus per sleep-in and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays; £34,416-£37,440 annual estimate based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week.

You’ll work with young people aged 7–17, support emotional development, safeguarding, and be part of a reflective team.
