Trauma‑Informed Residential Youth Support Worker

Barnardo's is seeking a Residential Children & Young People’s Worker to join our Emotional Well-being Home in Leicestershire. This full-time, permanent role focuses on providing trauma-informed, relationship-based care for children aged 8–18, supporting their emotional well-being and development.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, building safe routines, maintaining records, and collaborating with families and professionals to promote positive outcomes.
