Trauma-Informed Support Worker - 16+ Youth Housing (London)

Oasis Community Housing in London is looking for a Support Worker for a 16-bed Ofsted Registered Young People’s Supported Housing project in Southwark. The role involves trauma-informed, holistic support to 16–21 year olds with medium-high needs, in collaboration with local authorities to achieve the best outcomes.

Hours average 37 per week on a rolling rota, including anti-social hours, sleep-ins, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; strong commitment to safeguarding and equality is required.
