Trauma-Informed Support Worker for Adult Mental Health

Next Wave Care Group is seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality, trauma-informed support within adult mental health services and Ofsted-registered supported accommodation.

You will help individuals live safely, gain independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes, working in a person-centred way, building trusting relationships while promoting dignity, respect and emotional well-being. The role involves lone working and 24/7 rota coverage with weekends and sleep-ins.
