Trauma-Informed Support Worker – Homelessness Services

BCHA Bournemouth is seeking caring, motivated Support Workers to join our homelessness accommodation service. You will work with a caseload of customers, providing one-to-one support and building positive, trusting relationships.

You will help customers identify their goals, develop confidence and skills, and take steps toward independent living. We offer full training and ongoing support, the opportunity to develop skills in trauma-informed approaches, and a friendly, supportive team
