Trauma-Informed Team Leader, Residential Children's Home

SGS-Care-Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader for a Residential Children’s Home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care for children and young people with complex needs, including EBD.

Key requirements include a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it), Level 5 Leadership & Management desirable, and at least 1 year in residential childcare with supervisory experience.
