Trauma-Informed Youth Worker in Schools

Academics is recruiting for roles across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme to support children and young people with SEMH needs. The role combines classroom assistance with pastoral youth support, helping pupils engage and thrive.

You will work with students who have experienced trauma and mental health challenges, using effective communication and resilience to promote positive interactions and learning inside and outside the classroom.
