We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Centre Advisor to join our brand-new Dewsbury Travel Centre.

Shift Pattern

• Monday 8:30 – 16:30
• Tuesday Rest Day
• Wednesday 8:30 – 16:30
• Thursday 8:30 – 16:30
• Friday 8:30 – 16:30
• Saturday 9:00 – 16:30
• Sunday Rest Day

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Centre Advisor. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role, where you will provide support for a diverse range of customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service and care. You will tailor your communication methods when assisting residents to visiting tourists, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. As Travel Centre Advisor, your key responsibilities will include selling and issuing prepaid tickets, passes, and permits, as well as offering advice on bus and rail services.
