Travel Consultant - office based - Training provided in the travel industry

This travel company offers a wide range of holiday types across the globe to travellers from luxury tailormade travel to adventure packages. This role is ideal for an existing travel consultant from a tour operator or travel agency or one seeking a career in travel in which training is provided.

Travel Consultant Duties - Each day will not be the same:
* Crafting inspiring itineraries across the globe to travellers including Europe, USA, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Africa, South America, Asia Australia, New Zealand plus many more destinations.
* Arranging a wide range of holiday types, travel extras including tours, airport lounges, car hire, insurance etc.
* Travel types for clients include multi centre, adult packages, cruises, off-the-beaten track, honeymoons, luxury trips, city breaks, adventure, family vacations, tailormade holidays and all-inclusive packages, plus many more.
* Liaising with suppliers.
* Offering a cutting edge customer service.
* Converting incoming enquiries to a sale.
* Building a rapport with customers.
Travel Consultant - Essential Requirements:
* Must have sales experience and be well travelled.
* Able to build a rapport with customers.
* Excellent communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, travel perks, bonus, sociable working hours and a pension are on offer along with career progression and many other benefits.
