Traveling Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy General Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region and lead care home teams to deliver high-quality care. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement action plans and drive service excellence.

You will lead in the absence of the GM, monitor clinical standards, audits and regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to improve resident outcomes. Flexibility to travel and strong nursing leadership are essential.
