As Chair of the Resources Sub‑Committee, you’ll help shape financial planning and ensure the Board has clear, reliable information when it matters. You’ll review quarterly management accounts, lead the annual budgeting process, and oversee key areas such as insurance renewals and payroll. Your contribution gives the board confidence and clarity and helps the organisation plan responsibly for the future.
