About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join their remote finance team. This role is instrumental in managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk exposures. You will be responsible for cash forecasting, investment management, and ensuring adequate funding for operational needs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Monitor daily cash positions and manage banking relationships to ensure efficient cash management.
Execute short-term investment activities in accordance with the company's investment policy.
Identify and analyze financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, and recommend hedging strategies.
Assist in the management of debt facilities and credit lines.
Prepare treasury reports and analyses for management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related financial role.
Strong knowledge of cash management systems, banking platforms, and financial instruments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting .
