Treasury Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Treasury Manager to join their organisation in a fully remote capacity. This critical role will oversee all aspects of corporate treasury, including cash management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange, and debt management. You will play a key part in optimising the company's financial resources, managing financial risks, and ensuring efficient capital structure. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations, including cash flow forecasting, funding, and investment of surplus cash.
• Develop and execute strategies for foreign exchange risk management and hedging.
• Oversee relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms for credit facilities.
• Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company's operational and strategic needs.
• Monitor and analyze financial markets and economic conditions relevant to treasury operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACT) is highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, working capital optimisation, and financial risk management.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage remotely.
