Job Description
Tree Team Leader
Location: Walsall (On‑Site, 5 Days per Week)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £20.29 PAYE / £27.00 Umbrella per Hour IR35: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise arboricultural operations and tree maintenance works.
- Plan and allocate daily workloads to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor performance, attendance, and health & safety compliance.
- Manage operational resources, vehicles, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant management systems.
- Support service improvements and ensure high standards of customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Arboriculture qualification or above (evidence required).
- Previous experience leading arboricultural or environmental services teams.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and arboricultural best practice.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to pass Licence Bureau checks, including Fitness to Drive and Medication Declarations.
