Twilight & Night Community Nurse - Band 5

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Twilight & Night Service in Brent. The post involves visiting patients in their homes, delivering evidence-based care, and working autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Shifts include Twilight 4:00pm–12:00 midnight and Night 12:00 midnight–8:30am. NHS experience in community settings is preferred, with RN and NMC registration required.
