UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviour and needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define design requirements.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A keen eye for visual design, including layout, typography, and colour.
