UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join their product development team in Oxford . This role is dedicated to crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for their digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless and effective design solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for user-centered design, a strong understanding of interaction design principles, and a proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
