About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join their expanding digital products team, working remotely from Belfast . You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for a range of web and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into visually appealing and highly functional designs. Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working effectively in a remote setting.
