UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join their innovative product development team in Coventry . You will play a crucial role in defining the user experience and interface design for our client's cutting-edge software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of user needs, combined with a flair for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and product adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user flows and interface layouts.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all product interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide ongoing design support.
• Advocate for the user by championing user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications, with an understanding of responsive design.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
