UK Customer Onboarding Specialist - Upsell & Impact

Radius Limited in the UK is seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new telematics customers. Based at Arden Square with Monday-Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, you will guide customers through installation, training, and set up of key reports to ensure a smooth start and high satisfaction.

You will work across teams to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do, update CRM, and seek opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
