UK Growth & Operations Lead — Travel

Fora is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to accelerate UK growth. Reporting to the Head of International (NYC), this leader will build operational infrastructure, supplier pipelines, and a multi-city UK presence, unlocking advisor potential.

The role is based in London or NYC with regular travel across the UK and to New York. You will own KPI tracking, tool localization, onboarding, training, and compliance workflows in partnership with HQ to scale the advisor network.
