UK Head of Sales: P&L, Team Leadership & Growth

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished UK Sales Leader to own the territory P&L and drive growth across multiple regions. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization of Managers, Account Executives, and SDRs, shaping go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenue in the UK health tech space.

The role requires deep B2B SaaS experience, strategic leadership, and the ability to partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to close complex deals and scale the team.
