UK HR Governance & Payroll Lead

SCOR UK Company Limited is seeking a senior HR governance professional to oversee UK employment law compliance and payroll-related controls. You will translate regulatory changes into practical HR processes and maintain auditable policy frameworks.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams to ensure robust controls, documentation and data integrity across the employee lifecycle, including sick pay, leave and statutory payments.
