UK Senior Project Manager – Diligence & CapEx Strategy

Welltower Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead physical due diligence inspections and reporting for new acquisitions in the UK, and to provide capital project support across the portfolio.

You will manage due diligence, define scopes, develop capital plans, and work with Investments, Asset Management, Operations, and Capital Projects to maximize asset value. Travel about 75% within the UK.
