Role Description
The EMEA Clients Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with a combination of on-site client engagement and flexible work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships across the EMEA region, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value realization from PointGrab’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include leading account planning, overseeing implementations with cross-functional teams, presenting technology innovation and data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. The EMEA Client Director will collaborate with BizDev, product, and operations teams to delight channel partners and end customer, keep them engaged with PointGrab’s roadmap, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. The role also involves regular travel within the region to meet clients, participate in industry events, and represent PointGrab as a trusted partner for intelligent workspace solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills, with experience owning experts relationships in the EMEA region.
- 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales with a consistent record of carrying and hitting a number selling technology into large organisations.
- Demonstrable new-business generation — you can name logos you sourced yourself, not inherited.
- Genuine technical fluency: comfortable owning a discussion about hardware, networks, cloud, data and integrations without escalating.
- Experience selling into corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, smart buildings or adjacent enterprise AV/IT buyers
- Sales acumen, including identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, CROM management, supporting renewals and upsells, and achieving regional revenue targets.
- Proven experience in Workplace/Proptech technologies and teams. Background in IoT, data analytics, IWMS and SaaS environments an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers across diverse cultures.
- Understanding of data dashboards, AI tools and translating data into business impacting insights.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across the territory.
