UKI Enterprise Sales Director — Lead & Scale ARR

Freshworks is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director based in London to lead a high-impact sales team and drive growth across the UK & Ireland. From our flagship hub, you’ll coach 7–9 Enterprise AEs, close six-figure deals, and co-sell with Solution Engineers to accelerate ARR.

You will report to the Country Leader UK & Northern Europe, build a scalable GTM strategy, and own regional revenue narratives with global executives.
