Key Responsibilities

• Supervise student dissertations, theses, and research projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the enhancement of the Sociology program.
• Engage in departmental and university administration, and contribute to academic citizenship.
• Participate in and present research at academic conferences.

Requirements

• A PhD in Sociology or a closely related discipline.
• A strong record of research and publications in peer-reviewed outlets.
• Experience in teaching sociology at the university level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attract research grants and supervise doctoral students is highly desirable.
