About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Urban Planning Architect to join their multidisciplinary team in Wolverhampton . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to masterplans, urban design strategies, and regeneration frameworks for complex sites.
• Create high-quality visualisations, design guidelines, and planning policy documents.
• Engage with stakeholders, community groups, and local government to gather input and build consensus.
• Assess development potential and feasibility of sites, considering planning policy and design principles.
• Collaborate with a range of consultants to ensure integrated and holistic urban design solutions.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect or Urban Designer with experience in urban planning and design.
