Job Description
Primary Care 24 is looking for a Deputy Shift Manager to support the Shift Manager in delivering high-quality Integrated Urgent Care services from Wavertree Head Office, Liverpool. You will help manage 24/7 operating hours, oversee staff, and ensure patient care meets KPIs.
The role requires strong leadership in a dynamic NHS-adjacent setting, excellent communication, and a commitment to efficient resource use and shift handovers.
