US GTM Leader & Market Builder (SaaS, Equity)

Riot is seeking a hands-on growth leader to launch and own the US market from zero to a scalable ARR. You will define the US GTM, localize messaging and pricing, and own early deals as we build the sales team.

Based in Paris with on-site requirement, you will recruit, set performance rituals, and align with European HQ to feed product and marketing with market intelligence. Equity awaits a high-impact builder.
