Administrator – Used Car Buying Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our busy Used Car Buying Team, based at Alok House in Solihull.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the team, with very occasional travel to our dealerships as required. Hybrid working may also be considered.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with a 35-hour working week. The team operates between 08:30 and 18:00, with the exact working hours and shift pattern to be agreed. Some flexibility may be required during particularly busy periods.

Salary: Up to £25,550 per annum / £14.00 per hour, plus benefits.

The role will include:

Assisting the Used Car Buyers by administering the purchase of Used Cars Contacting Customers direct and arranging collection and payment Arranging intercompany collections with transport companies Obtaining valuations on used cars and issuing Trade Authority Codes Creating spreadsheets for Auction Sales Creating reports for Used Vehicles Dealing with any enquires for Auction VehiclesWhat we are looking for:

Exceptionally well organised & efficient in undertaking complex tasks Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to co-ordinate a heavy workload A strong and confident communicator, with the ability to influence others to ensure the timely completion of a task Previous Administration experience desirableIn essence your duties will be interesting in this fast paced and rewarding environment.
