As a Senior User Researcher, youll lead research across complex projects, working with multidisciplinary Agile teams and senior clients to understand user needs and turn research into meaningful design decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Plan and conduct research across complex environments.
• Work with designers, product owners and developers in Agile teams.
• Champion user-centred and inclusive design.
• Research accessibility and assisted-digital needs.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and line-manage other researchers.
• Support client relationships, consultancy and new business.

Looking for:

• Strong experience across user research methodologies.
• Experience delivering research within Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive research.
