About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, designing user interfaces, and prototyping solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviours.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to define the structure and flow of digital products.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and test user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in a remote setting to ensure successful product implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working effectively in a remote, distributed team.
