UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team in Belfast . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products, bridging the gap between user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
• Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms, adhering to style guides and design systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
